If you are sinning and you know it is a sin. If you are tired of this sin and need help in releasing it, then let Jesus come into your heart. He alone can help you when nothing else can do it. If you give up trying to release it yourself, ask God for forgiveness and put your trust in Him. Surrender all your efforts to Him and Let Jesus come into your heart.
