Give Thanks to the Lord

I Thessalonians 5:18 – “In everything give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.”

I know it is not Thanksgiving, but it is good to be thankful every day of the year.

No matter what our circumstance. It is good to find things that we are thankful for.

I am thankful that God created you and I.

I am thankful that the Holy Spirit dwells within all His children.

I am thankful for the mind of Christ who walks with us and talks with us in all that we do, morning till night.

I am thankful He watches over us and protects us through the night.

I am thankful for the children and grandchildren that God has loaned to me while I am still on earth.

I am thankful for my siblings.

I am thankful for my friends who hug me and hold me close to their heart. I am thankful for those who God places in front of me to help me or for me to help them. God is my strength, and my friends are my support.

I am thankful for my earthly possessions that God has provided for me and continues to see to my needs every day.

I am thankful for prayer opportunities.
