                                    I Belong to the King

“But you have come to Mount Zion, to the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem. You have come to thousands upon thousands of angels in joyful assembly, to the church of the firstborn, whose names are written in heaven.” Hebrews 12:22-23. O How wonderful it is to belong to the King and be accepted into this glorious city!

I belong to the King, and His promise is sure that we all shall be gathered at last in His kingdom above, by life’s waters so pure, when this life with its trials is past.

I belong to the King, I’m a child of His love, and He never forsakes His own; He will call me someday to His palace above, I shall dwell by His glorious throne.
