Not to Temptation
Everyone is faced with temptation. It is not a sin to be
tempted. It is a sin when we fall to temptation. When we resist temptation, it
makes it easier to continue to resist. If you have trouble resisting
temptation, it is important to look to Jesus so that He can help you through
it. Our regrets come when we don’t seek Him for help. We must be choosy who we
associate with, falling in with someone who cusses or uses God’s name in vain,
does not reflect well on your relationship with Jesus. Look to Him for victory,
for strength and comfort when you face temptation.
