Lonely
Psalm 23,
Hebrews 13:5,6
“Yea, though
I walk through the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; for you are with me, your
rod and Your staff, they comfort me.” Psalm 23:4
“For He
Himself has said, “I will never leave you nor forsake you.” Hebrews 13:5.
Loneliness
feels like a cloud of sadness that envelopes you. It is depression. It is a
disconnection, a gap between he connection one desires and the ones they have. It
is a form of social pain. A need for intimacy.
One way to
overcome loneliness is to seek out others who may need a helping hand. It is a
great comfort to be needed and to be able to comfort someone else.
Volunteer
work is a great way to show others that you care and are useful and can benefit
many people.
Above all
else, wherever you are mentally, physically, spiritually, remember God is
always there by your side.
Please
read the scriptures listed, study them, apply them to your life and grow in the
saving relationship with Jesus Christ our Savior.
