Prayerful

Prayerful

Psalm 4, Psalm 42, Luke 11:1-13, John 17, I John 5:14,15

“Hear me when I call, O God of my righteousness! You have relieved me of my distress; Have mercy on me and hear my prayer.” Psalm 4:1

“But know that the Lord has set apart for Himself him who is godly. The Lord will hear when I call to Him.” Psalm 4:3

“The Lord will command His lovingkindness in the daytime, and in the night His song shall be with me – a prayer to the God of my life.” Psalm 42:8

Luke 11:24 is the Lord’s prayer. If you are having trouble finding the words to pray, this is the go-to prayer.

“So, I say to you, ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock and it will be opened to you.” Luke 11:9

“I pray for them. I do not pray for the world but for those whom you have given Me, for they are Yours.” John 17:9

“I do not pray for these alone, but also for those who will believe in Me through their word that they may be as Me, as You, Father, are in Me, and I in You; that they also may be one in Us.” John 17:20,21

“Now this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us.” I Joh 5:14

Jesus prays for us; we also must pray for one another.

Please read the scriptures listed, study them, apply them to your life and grow in the saving relationship with Jesus Christ our Savior.
